01 Introduction and Consent

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the abe365 platform and all services connected to it. By visiting the abe365 website (abe365.cam), registering, or using any service, you are fully accepting these Terms.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to use abe365 services:

• You must be at least 21 years old. Access to this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.
• You must act on your own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else.
• You may only have one active account.
• Individuals who have been banned or suspended by abe365 may not register again.
• Accounts may not be created from jurisdictions where online gaming is legally prohibited.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on abe365, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

3.2 Account Security

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on abe365 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing from third-party accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, the relevant funds will be returned and the account will be subject to investigation.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if an identity verification process is ongoing or unusual activity is detected.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing earnings from bonuses.
• abe365 reserves the right to set withdrawal limits as needed.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical error will be voided.

5.3 Payment Methods

Transactions can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit across all methods is ৳100. Payment processing fees may vary — it is your responsibility to be aware of the current fees before transacting.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% welcome bonus applies on the first deposit at abe365, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; depositing ৳10,000 gives a maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳15,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 20 times applies to all bonuses. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made. Earnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period — unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once. Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• abe365 reserves the right to modify or discontinue bonus offers at any time.
• Separate terms may apply to cashback bonuses under the VIP program.
• Bonus funds are not cash; meeting the requirements is mandatory before withdrawal.

6.4 VIP Program

abe365 operates four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. By playing regularly, you can move up to higher tiers and earn weekly cashback benefits. VIP tier benefits may change in line with updates to abe365 policies.

07 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. abe365 reserves the right to void bets due to technical errors, incorrect odds, or other reasonable grounds. The original stake will be returned for any voided bet.

7.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a cricket match or other event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with abe365 policy. This policy applies to any international cricket event including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup.

7.3 Casino Games

abe365 casino games operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair outcomes. All game results are independent and previous results do not influence future results.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

• Creating multiple accounts or manipulating bonus requirements.
• Placing bets solely for the purpose of obtaining bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Using computer software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to play games.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another player's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or making chargeback claims.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Exploiting technical errors in the system.
